The Mozzarella We Use
Developed specifically for professional pizza makers, Perfect Italiano Mozzarella is made according to the traditional Italian Mozzarella recipe, providing excellent coverage when melted and blistering to a golden brown colour with minimal oiling off.

Matured in the traditional manner for at least 15 months, Perfect Italiano Parmesan has a distinctive, strong, rich flavour that complements our pizzas and pastas when added.
Parmesan is included with all red sauce pastas and is added to the great Mozzarella on our Cheese pizzas.
